Autism को cure नहीं किया जा सकता है। Autism के symptoms को कम किया जा सकता है। जो भी symptoms है उसे कम करने के लिए mainly हम Multidisciplinary Therapy करते हैं जिसमें -CBT (Cognitive Behavior therapy) -OT (Occupational therapy) -ST (speech therapy) से symptoms बहुत कम कर सकते हैं जिससे कि बच्चा Normal भी हों जाता है। Medicines & Surgery से Autism का इलाज (cure) संभव नहीं है।
