Occupational therapy (OT) एक ऐसी तरह का treatment है जिसकी मदद से motor skills, balance और coordination में improvement होती है। यह बड़े और बच्चो को उस काम में करने की क्षमता प्रदान करती है जिसको वह नहीं कर पाते थे। OT की जरूरत कभी भी या किसी को भी पड़ सकती है। OT की मदद से हम अपने छोटे बड़े कम कर पाते है। जैसे अगर कोई बच्चा school में अच्छे से परफॉर्म नही कर पाता या ब्लैक board से देख कर नहीं लिख पाता, अपने छोटे छोटे काम नहीं कर पाता है तो उसको OT की बहुत ज्यादा जरूरत है।
